The preparation is very simple. In a glass jar pour gradually almond milk (or rice milk) and chia seeds.
The chia seeds are very small and light and tend to surface. Therefore stir the seeds to distribute them in the milk.
Add a teaspoon of maple syrup for a touch of sweetness to the pudding.
Leave the jar in the refrigerator until the consistency will become creamy, similar to a pudding.
To make the pudding more fancy and colorful you can create a fruit layer (in our case blueberries). Simply blend fresh fruit with a few teaspoons of pudding.
My advice is to taste the pudding with fresh fruit!
The chia pudding is great for breakfast, it will give you energy, vitamins and antioxidants.
